Hello and welcome! Thank you for visiting. I’m thrilled to share my story and offer coaching to women over 45 who are on the journey to finding their Mr Right. I hope my story inspires you. It’s never too late, with the right support, real change can happen at any stage. So, let’s work together to clear out whatever’s been standing in the way, those quiet doubts, old wounds, or hidden beliefs that might be holding you back from believing that you can love and be loved and become a lifelong wife for your Mr Right.
Whether you’re aware of them or they’re buried deep, we’ll bring them to light, and you will be empowered to shift the blockages to change your story. With a living hope, what’s ahead isn’t just romance, but a lifelong marriage, built on lighter emotional baggage and equipped with the wisdom and keys to address life’s future challenges.
On a personal note, I'm now approaching 56 years and we’re now celebrating eight amazing years of marriage with Paul. Our whirlwind romance began one September, followed by his proposal in October, and we were married the following June, just nine months after our first date!
For years, I longed to find my match and walk down the aisle. It wasn’t until I turned 47 that it became a reality. Those years were filled with a mixture of self-doubt and uncertainty and negative self-talk, whilst simultaneously supporting my friends on their own journeys to become ready to meet and marry their Mr Right. The waiting and walking alongside friends offering emotional, spiritual and practical support took me on my own growth of patience and perseverance. Though the path was sometimes challenging, those experiences ultimately shaped my own journey to addressing negative beliefs I held, that were deeply stubborn.
Growing up in a lively household with my parents and five brothers, I was instilled with core values like justice, truth, respect, love, and social responsibility. These principles ignited my passion for advocating for others, leading to a deeply fulfilling career in social work. My dedication was recognised with two prestigious awards at the House of Commons, affirming my commitment to making a positive impact on peoples' lives.
With over 20 years of experience in human behaviour and social dynamics, I transitioned from social work to life coaching, finding a new way to support people on their journeys. My personal experiences as a middle-aged single woman and later finding love and marriage with my husband, Paul, have profoundly shaped my coaching approach. These experiences fuel my passion for relationship coaching, particularly for women aged 45 and older who are seeking to address beliefs and behaviours that may be hindering you from simply being true to yourself, about what you may personally need to do and what may need to change to be ready to become a wife and not just a title.
Before meeting Paul, I worked closely with women in my network, supporting their journeys to find love and their "Mr. Right." I had the privilege to celebrate alongside them, including being a chief bridesmaid for one of my friends and usher for another and delivering a heartfelt reading at another wedding. These shared experiences strengthened my belief that there is definitely the right person for everyone.
Whether you've realised that you need some coaching on working through becoming ready to be a wife or looking to address areas in your life which need clarity. I am here to support you. I invite you to book a free chat with me, to start the journey and begin a new chapter together.
