Whether you’re aware of those limiting beliefs or attitudes that are not serving you, we’ll bring them to light, and you will be empowered to shift the blockages to change your story. With a living hope, what’s ahead isn’t just romance, but a commitment to be ready for marriage.

On a personal note, I’m now 56 years and we’re now celebrating eight amazing years of marriage. Our whirlwind romance began one September, followed by his proposal in October, and we were married the following June, just nine months after our first date!

For years, I longed to find my match and walk down the aisle. It wasn’t until I turned 47 that it became a reality. Those years were filled with a mixture of self-doubt and uncertainty and negative self-talk, whilst simultaneously supporting my friends on their own journeys to be ready to meet and marry their Mr Right. The waiting and walking alongside friends offering emotional, spiritual and practical support took me on my own growth of patience and perseverance. Though the path was often challenging, those experiences ultimately shaped me, enabling me to confront the stubborn unbeliefs I once held.

Growing up in a lively household with my parents and five brothers, I was instilled with core values like justice, truth, respect, love, and social responsibility. These principles ignited my passion for advocating for others, leading to a deeply fulfilling career in social work. My dedication was recognised with two prestigious awards at the House of Commons, affirming my commitment to making a positive impact on peoples’ lives.

With over 20 years of experience in human behaviour and social dynamics, I made the transition from social work to life coaching as a way to continue supporting people, just in a deeper, more personal way. My own journey as a middle-aged single woman, followed by finding love and marrying my husband, Paul, has profoundly shaped how I coach. These experiences have given me insight, empathy, and a passion for relationship coaching, especially for women aged 45 and older.

Before I met Paul, I had the privilege of walking alongside several women in my network as they prepared for marriage, supporting them through the emotional, practical, and personal shifts that come with that life change. At their weddings, I was honoured to celebrate with them, as a chief bridesmaid for one, an usher for another, and delivering a heartfelt reading for another friend. Each of these moments was more than ceremonial, they were affirmations of love, readiness, and commitment. Those shared experiences deepened my conviction that there truly is a right person for everyone.
